Fitness Nights

Fitness Nights run Tuesday Nights in the main hall from 7:00 – 8:00pm 

Come and join whole body movements, to help:

-prevent injuries
-increase strength
-increase well-being
-increase flexibility
-increase overall health

What to expect: challenge, fun, variety, relaxation, conversations, coaching, community, and lots of movement!!
