Are You the Hall Hero We’re Looking For?
Do you have a knack for organization and a love for keeping things running smoothly? We’re on the hunt for a fun, friendly, and well-organized individual to join our team as the Hall Manager at Delacour Hall!
As our Hall Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for hall rentals, maintenance coordination, and ensuring our monthly wing nights are a hit. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything in tip-top shape, from stocking toilet paper to organizing contractor visits.
This role averages 15-20 hours per month, with weekend and evening availability required. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with a dedicated volunteer Board, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Show the hall to potential renters and manage bookings.
- Keep everyone’s calendar up to date and handle rental fees.
- Ensure the hall is clean and ready after events (yes, there’s laundry involved!).
- Answer queries, coordinate deliveries, and keep our supplies stocked.
- Handle alarm calls (don’t worry, it doesn’t happen often!).
- Tend to our lovely front planters and notice board.
